- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
Tasks
- Drive strategic initiatives in leadership, customer, and change management
- Identify training needs as a strategic business partner
- Design and deliver leadership development programs for first- and second-line leaders
- Implement onboarding and development programs for tenured employees
- Apply a 'Train the Trainer' approach for scalable program delivery
- Develop customer service training aligned with brand standards
- Create and facilitate change management workshops for leaders
- Build modular training solutions that combine theory and practical tools
- Support talent and performance initiatives with employee reviews and development programs
