Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in data engineering and cloud data platform architecture
  • •Expert knowledge of lakehouse architectures, mirroring, Delta Lake, fabric, and governance
  • •Strategic thinking, change management, and stakeholder management
  • •Fluency in German and very good English skills
  • •Passion for diversity and inclusion and willingness to promote an inclusive culture

  • •Define standards, roadmaps, and best practices for Fabric, Delta Lake, mirroring, and Unity Catalog
  • •Manage cross-project technical coordination

  • •Evaluate innovative Azure features for productive use
  • •Conduct risk and compliance assessments
  • •Ensure data protection, security, and governance
  • •Lead and coach teams to foster a learning-oriented culture
  • •Participate in pre-sales and strategic consulting
  • •Present solutions to C-level stakeholders
