Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline, or equivalent practical laboratory experience
- 5 years of laboratory experience in analytical or process-development environment
- Foundational experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, CE, SDS-PAGE, UV/Vis spectroscopy, or comparable platforms
- Awareness of analytical method execution principles, data-integrity expectations, and regulated laboratory practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to generate reliable, high-quality analytical data
- Ability to learn new analytical techniques and laboratory workflows quickly under limited supervision
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement and laboratory excellence
Tasks
- Conduct routine and moderately complex analytical testing
- Support method execution and data generation
- Apply scientific knowledge and practical laboratory skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners for analytical readiness
- Perform sample preparation and instrument setup
- Conduct system suitability checks and analytical workflows
- Document analytical activities accurately and contemporaneously
- Maintain compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Document activities in Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) systems
- Ensure data integrity in electronic data-capture tools
- Troubleshoot basic analytical methods and equipment issues
- Review preliminary data and identify irregularities
- Communicate observations to supervisors or project leads
- Support method qualification, optimization, and transfer
- Maintain laboratory readiness and equipment qualification
- Order and manage laboratory consumables
- Ensure compliant laboratory conditions
- Provide inputs for deviations, investigations, and CAPAs
- Contribute to change control processes
- Collaborate with Process Development, MS&T, and QC
- Uphold EHS standards and maintain a safe environment
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
