Requirements

- Experience with various chromatography techniques is a plus
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in instrument operation and maintenance

- Advanced knowledge of biophysical and chromatographic analytical techniques
- Ability to design, execute and interpret complex analytical experiments
- Strong scientific problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to support method development, qualification and technology transfer
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in interdisciplinary environments
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
- Strong organizational, documentation and reporting skills

- Contribute to translating innovative platforms into automated methods
- Design and perform biophysical and chromatography experiments
- Interpret experimental results for product characterization
- Develop and implement novel analytical methods
- Qualify methods according to project and product demands
- Act as SME for biophysical and chromatography topics
- Provide scientific input to multiple projects
- Support implementation of new technologies
- Transfer qualified methods to regulated environments
- Author lab procedures, protocols, and reports
- Present at internal and external seminars
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain instruments
- Manage resources effectively
- Provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support analytical studies and process development
- Ensure close collaboration with local and global functions
