Requirements

  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably ophthalmology
  • Experience in key account management with defined territory ownership
  • Understanding of account ecosystems, clinical decision-making, formularies, procurement, pathway management
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks (KOLs, gynecologists, GPs, pharmacists, payers)
  • Fluent German, English, and French language skills
  • Previous experience selling products in ophthalmology
  • Independent planning of assigned region and time management
  • High persistent acumen, goal-orientation, and commercial drive
  • Demonstrated success in launching products or driving uptake in specialized therapeutic areas
