Requirements
- Experience in food ingredients business
- Structured approach to customers
- Degree in Economy, Business, Food Technology, or Food Engineering
- Fluent in German and English, third language beneficial
- 2-3 years of working experience in Food Ingredients & Flavors
- Experience with the German Food/Flavor market
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
- Well-developed selling and account management skills
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Proven project management skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, persistent
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a can-do mentality
Tasks
- Develop solutions for customer-driven projects
- Identify and evaluate new market trends and opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate in a matrix organization to meet sales targets
- Create long-term sales plans for key customers
- Monitor and adapt sales activities to meet objectives
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor sales volume and revenue
- Promote the company profile at conferences and industry events
- Maintain close contact with internal stakeholders on relevant projects
