Requirements
- University degree in HR, psychology, business, social sciences, economics, or related
- Solid generalist HR experience in comparable industrial/project environment
- Ability to work dynamically, influence, and operate with resilience in matrix organization
- Strong driver enforcing HR processes by influencing business
- Expertise in employment law, employee relations, payroll, organizational change
- Comfortable advising management on sensitive people topics
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Confidence working in international environment
- Knowledge of German language is an advantage
Tasks
- Advise leadership on HR policies and processes
- Translate business priorities into HR actions
- Maintain close relationships with managers and employees
- Anticipate and meet manpower needs
- Secure project staffing and site HR support
- Build internal and external talent pipelines
- Assess key candidates
- Influence hiring decisions
- Ensure high-quality onboarding and probation follow-up
- Manage total rewards and people costs
- Ensure accurate job grading and incentive payments
- Align compensation and benefits with market practices
- Follow up on incentive schemes
- Plan and execute HR budget
- Reinforce managers’ ownership of people management
- Deploy performance management and People Review processes
- Define development and training plans
- Deliver key HR training programs
- Support succession planning and retention
- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS
- Deploy HR tools and metrics
- Maintain sound industrial relations
- Supervise local HR operations
- Ensure policy compliance
- Monitor HR performance through KPIs and stakeholder feedback

- Bachelor's degree
