- Conduct international training sessions
- Develop e-learning modules and webinars
- Create and update training materials and digital content
- Collaborate with internal departments and global herd managers
- Handle service requests via ticketing systems
- Ensure timely and effective solutions
- Participate in development projects for herd management
- Support the creation of technical documentation and guidelines
- Assist in preparing presentations
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
