Tasks
- Plan, execute, and optimize customer loyalty and growth initiatives.
- Deliver CRM campaigns across email, app, and WhatsApp.
- Champion customer experience enhancements.
- Ensure campaign alignment with business strategy.
- Analyze, optimize, and document campaign performance.
- Track key metrics with analytics tools.
- Provide insights for campaign improvements.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate A/B tests.
- Optimize campaign performance using A/B tests.
- Segment audiences by preferences, engagement, or lifecycle.
- Deliver targeted and relevant communications.
- Support automated onboarding and lifecycle journeys.
- Manage collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement of campaigns and workflows.
