- •Familiarity with ITIL processes and their implementation
- •Good spoken and written language skills in English and German
- •Intercultural competences due to international cooperation
- •Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- •Documentation skills – able to summarize and document processes and validation results
- •Ability to understand end-user needs and translate them into tool configurations and process improvements

- •Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and script includes
- •Ensure stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive monitoring
- •Implement health check dashboards and resolve issues
- •Evaluate, test, and integrate new ServiceNow modules and features
- •Provide recommendations based on industry best practices
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features
- •Improve existing processes
- •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment
- •Document configurations, processes, and changes for internal knowledge sharing
