- •Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and enterprise IAM
- •Experience in regulated environments (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, or similar)
- •Understanding of access governance, identity lifecycle, and security best practices
- •Structured, reliable, and security-oriented mindset
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

- •Document identity processes and operating procedures
