Requirements
- Relevant professional certification or willingness to obtain one
- German language skills at native or near-native level (C1/C2)
- Very good English skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in IT auditing, IT risk management, cybersecurity, or IT governance
- Experience in banking or similar regulated environment is an advantage
- Experience with compliance-related topics is an advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Structured approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tasks
- Plan and conduct risk-based IT and cybersecurity audits
- Evaluate IT governance, IT processes, and technology-related risks
- Assess IT controls and security measures
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and external standards
- Review access rights management and system change management
- Handle incident response and technology governance
- Perform on-site and remote audit fieldwork
- Assess findings and provide recommendations
- Collaborate in group-wide audit activities
- Work with international colleagues across the UniCredit Group
- Prepare audit reports
- Communicate results clearly to stakeholders
- Meet defined timelines for audit activities
