Requirements

  • Relevant professional certification or willingness to obtain one
  • German language skills at native or near-native level (C1/C2)
  • Very good English skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in IT auditing, IT risk management, cybersecurity, or IT governance
  • Experience in banking or similar regulated environment is an advantage
  • Experience with compliance-related topics is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Structured approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tasks

  • Plan and conduct risk-based IT and cybersecurity audits
  • Evaluate IT governance, IT processes, and technology-related risks
  • Assess IT controls and security measures
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations and external standards
  • Review access rights management and system change management
  • Handle incident response and technology governance
  • Perform on-site and remote audit fieldwork
  • Assess findings and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate in group-wide audit activities
  • Work with international colleagues across the UniCredit Group
  • Prepare audit reports
  • Communicate results clearly to stakeholders
  • Meet defined timelines for audit activities
