Requirements

  • Flexibility for CEE region travel (if required)
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or comparable educational background
  • Experience in risk management, bank steering, or auditing in a bank
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Practical experience in data analytics, AI, quantitative methods, programming (ideally)
  • Open personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken/written), ideally German
  • Willingness to travel in CEE region

Tasks

  • Perform audits across the RBI Group, focusing on bank steering and risk management topics like ICAAP, ILAAP, ALM/Treasury, IRRBB/CSRBB, capital, operational risk, recovery, and resolution
  • Identify risks and inefficiencies through workflow analysis, sample reviews, and interviews
  • Summarize audit results in audit reports
  • Perform follow-up activities on audit actions and supervisory findings
  • Continuously monitor regulatory changes and new requirements
  • Collaborate closely with RBI Group audit functions

  • Bachelor's degree
