- Expertise in solution architecture
- Expertise designing scalable, complex workflows
- Expertise implementing scalable, complex workflows

- Implement proactive support solutions
- Reduce ticket deflection
- Empower user self-service
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations
- Lead rollout of new Zendesk features
- Ensure support infrastructure scales with company growth
- Partner with Customer Experience, Product, and Customer Care
