Product Manager - Customer Care(m/w/x)

Requirements
- 4+ years Product Management experience
- Domain expertise in telephony (Aircall, Twilio, Vonage)
- Hands-on experience building call center/contact center products
- Startup or scale-up mindset (fast execution, high ownership, metrics focused)
- Experience with operations-heavy businesses and products
- Good stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with local operations teams
- Vendor management experience (procurement, shortlisting)
- Exposure to AI/ML products (prompts, evaluations, LLM tooling)
- Desired exposure to voice AI products and optimization
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in outbound Marketing
- Expert-level CRM management (HubSpot, Salesloft, Salesforce)
- Proficiency with automation tools (Clay, Cargo, Zapier)
- Basic scripting in JavaScript or Python
- Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) models
- Experience with tools empowering sales outbounding
- Primary contact for resolving tech stack issues
- Primary contact for resolving data friction
- Excellence in technical translation
- Leading alignment meetings between Sales and Marketing
- Ability to stay ahead of MarTech trends
Tasks
- Own end-to-end product strategy for customer care
- Build and scale telephony solutions
- Manage external vendors for telephony and speech
- Define and optimize conversation flows and settings
- Work with engineering to enhance speech-to-text and text-to-speech
- Adapt conversation flows to localization needs
- Track and optimize voice AI metrics
- Prioritize and deliver product roadmaps
- Manage HubSpot architectural integrity
- Design complex logic engines for customer journey automation
- Execute technical lead routing strategies
- Use AI tools to automate tasks and enhance data
- Identify accounts for automated Outbound Marketing
- Perform weekly health audits in Salesforce and Salesloft
- Translate complex automations into performance reports
