  • Good knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
  • Experience supporting DR tests (advantage)

  • Experience acting as Product Manager for data-driven improvements

Tasks

  • Manage the IT asset inventory ecosystem
  • Analyze data for quality issues
  • Address requests from management and auditors
  • Recommend architectural improvements with a security mindset
  • Drive CMDB and data source enhancement roadmap
  • Ensure IT asset data supports operational use cases
  • Ensure IT asset data meets regulatory expectations
  • Define requirements for the DevOps team
  • Prioritize the DevOps team's backlog
  • Lead data-driven improvements
  • Ensure business units maintain service continuity readiness
  • Ensure business units maintain disaster recovery readiness
  • Coordinate DR planning across subsidiaries
  • Review DR documentation
  • Track DR test execution and evidence
  • Escalate DR gaps when necessary
  • Lead the IT Service Continuity community across countries
  • Enable best-practice sharing within the community
  • Facilitate continuous knowledge exchange

  • Bachelor's degree
