- •Inspect incoming goods invoices for accuracy and compliance
- •Clarify discrepancies with German- and English-speaking suppliers and carriers
- •Address specific queries related to sales and accounting
- •Communicate closely with Purchasing, Replenishment, Logistics, and Accounting departments
- •Process complaints and ensure timely resolutions
- •Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
- •Identify opportunities to streamline processes within the Invoice Team
