- •Manage day-to-day invoice handling
- •Ensure proper categorization and validation of invoices
- •Maintain compliance with internal procedures
- •Reconcile and maintain supplier accounts
- •Coordinate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies
- •Collaborate with specialist departments on invoice issues
- •Support preparation of financial statements
- •Assist with ad-hoc assignments and cross-functional projects
- •Handle travel expense accounting
- •Manage accounts payable for subsidiaries
