- Knowledge in Office software (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge in material and manufacturing processes (welcome)
- Skills in engineering software (CAD, FEM) (welcome)
- Fluent English, good German knowledge (plus)
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Tasks
- Support project development for various topics
- Work on demisable joints for satellite structures
- Explore coating technologies for CFRP
- Investigate laser treatment of spacecraft parts
- Study soldering technologies for space hardware
- Conduct literature research on state-of-the-art and Airbus internal work
- Define technology requirements with EO projects
- Establish work flows, time schedules, and test programs
- Design and prepare measurements and tests
- Execute tests under laboratory and environmental conditions
- Evaluate and interpret test results
- Discuss scientific conclusions of experiments
- Document development results
