Candidate sourcing and application management via LinkedIn and ATS for a global wealth manager. German C1 proficiency highly desirable. Direct collaboration with recruitment advisors, exposure to global talent processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (enrolled or completed)
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, talent development, organizational behavior
- Excellent spoken and written English command
- Proficiency in German (C1 or higher) highly desirable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience with CRM or ATS platforms beneficial
- High personal initiative
- Discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Service-oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal skills
- Punctuality in communication
Tasks
- Identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Manage incoming applications through the applicant tracking system
- Ensure timely acknowledgements and updates for applications
- Screen CVs and application materials against preliminary criteria
- Collaborate with recruitment advisors on candidate screening
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage calendars and communications for interviews professionally
- Prepare for campus outreach activities
- Suggest content for the careers page
- Ensure candidate records are complete and accurate
- Ensure GDPR compliance for candidate records
- Suggest enhancements for recruitment workflows during the placement
Education
- Currently in higher education
