Requirements

  • •Studying in Informatics, IT-Security, or similar
  • •Bachelor’s degree and enrolled in Master’s studies
  • •Good programming skills in Python, Rust, or Go
  • •Basic knowledge of network technology, operating systems, scripting, and vulnerability analysis
  • •Experience with Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, OWASP ZAP, or similar
  • •Analytical thinking and enjoyment of tinkering
  • •Interest in multidisciplinary teamwork
  • •Good verbal and written English and/or German skills

Education

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Support the development and automation of attack scenarios on the cyber range
  • •Develop tools or scripts for attack simulation and reporting
  • •Gain insights into red team methodology
  • •Participate in exploit development
  • •Conduct security assessments of applications, networks, OT, and IoT systems
