Internship - Controlling(m/w/x)

Description

As a Controlling Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses. This role involves collaborating with various departments and contributing to the digitalization of controlling processes.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or comparable qualification
• •Passion for digitalization and automation of business processes
• •Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• •Experience with SAP (ERP system) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is desirable
• •Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• •Responsible, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• •Strong team spirit and communication skills
• •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Tasks

• •Support budget preparation and forecasting
• •Conduct variance analyses and recommend corrective actions
• •Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
• •Perform monthly closing activities
• •Analyze and plan cost centers
• •Collaborate with management, production, and accounting teams
• •Manage project controlling for cross-functional projects
• •Assist with CAPEX activities
• •Execute and document internal control system (ICS) controls
• •Contribute to the development of controlling processes
• •Participate in improvement and digitalization projects
