Tasks
- Support cross-functional project coordination across Europe and APAC
- Work closely with CX team leads, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations
- Take ownership of day-to-day project coordination and stakeholder alignment
- Maintain project timelines and track milestones
- Assist in coordinating 'Base' integrations (e.g., VOD or Player)
- Organize meetings across multiple time zones (Europe & APAC)
- Prepare meeting agendas and ensure stakeholder involvement
- Capture key decisions and translate them into action items with owners and deadlines
- Follow up on progress and ensure tasks are completed
- Collaborate with CX, engineering, sales, and revenue operations teams
- Streamline communication and resolve operational challenges
- Maintain project trackers, charters, and milestone logs
- Identify risks and flag blockers
- Support regular status updates
- Manage onboarding questionnaires and collect client inputs
- Update documentation and ensure project readiness
- Track hours and support SOW updates
- Improve internal processes for enhanced efficiency and delivery quality
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
