  • •Experience working with Data Science teams
  • •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • •Knowledge of BI tools
  • •SQL or R as a plus
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • •Lead international analytics projects with global country organizations
  • •Translate commercial challenges into structured analytical use cases
  • •Partner with Data Science to ensure commercially relevant insights
  • •Turn analytical results into clear business recommendations
  • •Co-create and support implementation plans with Sales stakeholders
  • •Own reporting for key commercial and analytics initiatives
  • •Deliver actionable insights for business users
  • •Perform post-project analysis and uplift measurement
  • •Provide recommendations for scaling successful initiatives
  • •Collaborate with Sales Data Management to ensure data quality
  • •Improve KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking systems
  • •Select effective channels and formats to share insights
  • •Present strategic project outcomes to senior stakeholders
