Description

In this role, you will transform insights into actionable strategies while collaborating with Global Category Managers to enhance category management. Your daily responsibilities will include creating presentations, refining training programs, and sharing best practices across markets.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree
• •Fluency in English
• •Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis; knowledge of POS data (Nielsen, Circana) required; planogram software is a plus
• •Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• •Excellent project management, organization, and planning skills
• •Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills

Tasks

• •Support Global Category Managers by analyzing data
• •Prepare for top-to-top meetings
• •Implement Red Bull’s category management process
• •Create and deliver presentations on key category insights
• •Share insights materials with sales team members
• •Build and maintain Category Development Resources
• •Develop impactful Conceptual Selling Stories
• •Refine conceptual selling capabilities with Global Category Managers
• •Update case studies and training material
• •Become a global expert in storytelling with data
• •Coordinate and share best practices across markets
• •Refine and implement Category Management training programs
• •Collaborate with country teams on training initiatives
• •Co-lead CatMan Lite and Space Planning training sessions
• •Create an environment for knowledge sharing
• •Lead the communications framework for the team
• •Coordinate the quarterly Global Trade Marketing community meeting
• •Maintain and update internal space planning content
• •Support country teams in developing planogramming solutions
