Requirements

- Previous experience in Procurement
- Strong Office Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and energetic mindset, eager to tackle new projects
- Spanish or Portuguese (a plus)
- Mandatory internship agreement meeting specific conditions
Tasks
- Support procurement activities for Chanel Switzerland and Swiss Markets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Assist in strategic sourcing and professional negotiation
- Manage contract administration and vendor performance
- Conduct risk assessments and overall category management
- Provide reporting on project performance to the Regional and Global IP team
- Lead sourcing projects and RFI processes with internal partners
- Help define specifications and requirements with business partners
- Prepare and launch tenders and RFPs
- Analyze and negotiate supplier proposals and quotes
- Award suppliers and implement legal agreements
- Identify spend optimization and supplier panel rationalization opportunities
- Define and implement a Preferred Supplier List
- Conduct financial and spend analysis for negotiations
- Monitor risk management and sustainable procurement initiatives
- Create relevant catalogs with business partners and suppliers
- Clean and enrich the preferred supplier database
- Improve procurement processes and handle ad hoc requests
