- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable nature
- Curiosity and hands-on mindset

- Very good English, German, and Spanish
Tasks
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Create job profiles and post advertisements
- Assist with candidate screening and interviews
- Support new hire onboarding activities
- Identify effective recruiting channels and platforms
- Assist with active sourcing to attract talent
- Maintain a positive candidate experience
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline
- Act as a first point of contact for candidates
- Represent the company's values and culture
- Schedule interviews and manage logistics
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure accuracy of candidate data
- Support employer branding and social media initiatives
- Assist with career events and university outreach
- Collaborate with the People team and hiring managers
- Maintain relationships with university partners
Education
- Currently in higher education
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- German – Business Fluent
- Spanish – Basic
