HR Operations Generalist(m/w/x)
End-to-end employee lifecycle management for global industrial components manufacturer. Swiss HR processes and myAbacus experience required. Support for time management in myAbacus.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Further qualification as HR Assistant (HRSE or equivalent)
- Good understanding of Swiss HR processes and social security basics
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Forms)
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS (ideally Abacus ERP / myAbacus)
- Experience with reference letter tools (e.g., Skriba) is a plus
- Service-minded, discreet, and effective communicator
- Organized, steady under pressure, detail-oriented
Tasks
- Provide quick, reliable HR administrative support
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Ensure smooth, compliant HR document management
- Maintain accurate personnel data and documentation
- Support time management in myAbacus
- Resolve absence and time-entry issues
- Coordinate monthly closing activities
- Prepare payroll data for external provider
- Gather and validate payroll-relevant information
- Submit payroll information for correctness and compliance
- Drive improvements in HR processes and documentation
Work Experience
- 2 - 5 years
Education
- Vocational certification
