- Reliable handling of confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Word

- Proficiency in MS Outlook
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms
- Familiarity with HiBob, Workable, Workmotion, or similar tools (highly desirable)
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Additional European languages (plus)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Associate's degree
Tasks
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare employment documents
- Coordinate work equipment
- Collect and return company assets
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
- Ensure compliance with German labor law
- Serve as first point of contact for employee queries
- Manage HRIS (HiBob) daily operations
- Ensure accurate and complete employee data
- Support HR reporting and data audits
- Assist with workflow configuration
- Improve HR processes
- Coordinate interview scheduling
- Manage candidate communication
- Support positive candidate experience
- Support approval workflows
- Handle hiring documentation
- Manage correspondence and courier coordination
- Support office operations
- Coordinate travel
- Communicate with vendors
- Perform general administrative tasks
