Requirements
- Proven experience (7+ years) in talent management, executive pipelining, talent succession management, leadership development
- Track record in delivering and managing executive pipelines, succession, senior-level mobility in multinational environment
- Experience partnering with senior executives, Board members, global stakeholders
- Ability to manage confidential executive talent cases with discretion and integrity
- Ability to influence, engage, and navigate stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with curiosity to elevate People & Culture function
- Basic knowledge of AI technology, principles, and practical use
Tasks
- Shape and implement global talent strategy
- Partner with Executive Management Team
- Develop robust executive leadership pipelines
- Lead strategic talent management initiatives
- Oversee succession planning and talent development
- Activate Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)
- Integrate organizational skills
- Conduct bench-strength assessments
- Build long-term capabilities for critical roles
- Partner with C-suite and Board members
- Anticipate future talent needs
- Ensure flawless talent placement quality
- Lead a team of internal talent brokers
- Proactively source and engage executive talent
- Integrate leadership capability requirements
- Ensure readiness for key roles and transformation
- Collaborate with Group People & Culture teams
- Adopt key processes and harmonize practices
- Ensure consistent standards and assessment quality
- Streamline and improve talent management processes
- Optimize process efficiency and effectiveness
