Requirements
- Extensive expertise in SAP/ERP platforms and domain leadership
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance
- Experience with large-scale transformations (e.g., S/4HANA readiness or migration)
- Ability to align business and IT strategies in a global environment
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision-making skills
- Strategic, analytical thinking with strong execution capability and risk awareness
- Fluent English
- German language skills (plus)
Tasks
- Define and own the SAP/ERP strategy
- Develop the future S/4 roadmap
- Align domain technology strategy with corporate and business requirements
- Formulate and implement architecture standards
- Formulate and implement long-term platform direction
- Oversee platform governance
- Mitigate platform risks
- Ensure compliance with IT standards
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs
- Monitor operational performance and execution quality
- Report strategic and operational domain status to IT leadership
- Steer major SAP/ERP initiatives
- Steer transformation programs
- Coordinate cross-functional integration into the IT landscape
- Establish structured processes for change management
- Establish structured processes for demand management
- Establish structured processes for portfolio management
- Guide and develop the CoE team
- Empower the CoE team
- Create knowledge-sharing structures
- Create competence-building initiatives
- Execute IT communication programs to strengthen awareness
- Execute IT training programs to strengthen awareness
