Tasks
- Drive integrity and excellence in Group’s financial reporting
- Ensure precise, timely, and IFRS-compliant consolidated results
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual Group closing
- Ensure accurate IFRS consolidation with audit-ready results
- Maintain Group accounting policies
- Act as IFRS expert for revenue, contracts, financing, and structural transactions
- Coordinate all external audits
- Prepare materials for Supervisory Board and Audit Committee
- Integrate ESG/CSRD requirements into reporting
- Implement new IFRS and regulatory updates
- Drive system enhancements and digitalization
- Automate consolidation, disclosures, and reporting processes
- Monitor business-unit risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Group Risk Management
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Tax, Sales, and global subsidiaries
- Resolve accounting issues
- Ensure high reporting quality
- Lead, develop, and prioritize a high-performing consolidation team
- Deliver under tight deadlines
