- 8–12 years B2B SaaS or software sales experience
- Strong outbound sales and new-logo acquisition track record
- Experience building and scaling sales function
- Strong CRM management, forecasting, pipeline reviews, sales metrics understanding
- Hands-on sales leader close to deals and customers
- Experience managing or coaching small sales teams
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Based in Vienna, hybrid working model comfortable
- Experience selling into hospitality, hotel technology, travel, vertical SaaS
- Familiarity with modern sales tooling, AI automation, RevOps best practices
- Experience in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments
Tasks
- Build and execute outbound strategies targeting hotels and hospitality operators in DACH market
- Activate partner channels for pipeline generation and growth
- Develop target account plans and segmentation strategies
- Lead strategic customer conversations, demos, proposals, and negotiations
- Deliver against pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Establish repeatable sales processes and playbooks
- Implement structured pipeline management and forecasting
- Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and sales discipline
- Track and improve funnel metrics
- Create scalable outbound motions for future team growth
- Build a high-performance sales culture
- Coach and develop a small sales team
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new sales talent
- Run regular pipeline reviews and deal coaching sessions
- Lead pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy discussions
- Share customer and market feedback with other teams
- Collaborate with Customer Support for smooth handoffs
- Shape Seekda’s broader commercial operating model
- Ensure clear and fast handoffs between Sales, CS, Marketing, and Support
- Establish predictable new business pipeline and repeatable outbound motion
- Improve pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy
- Embed high standards of CRM discipline and sales execution
- Establish strong commercial alignment across Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Implement sales team structure and coaching cadence
