Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Certified/trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
  • Proven track record in deploying Operational Excellence programs across multiple sites or business units
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and driving measurable operational and financial results
  • Ability to analyze complex operational challenges, implement solutions, and sustain improvements
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus

Tasks

  • Develop and deploy the regional strategic roadmap for the Operational Excellence program
  • Lead the launch and progression of the AGRANA OpEx Program
  • Align operational goals with Division strategic and tactical priorities
  • Establish governance structures and management routines
  • Drive effective communication within teams
  • Strengthen problem solving and operational performance through the OpEx Program framework
  • Conduct Value Stream Mappings to analyze and improve factory processes
  • Utilize OpEx tools to deliver value and drive transformation
  • Sustain the AGRANA OpEx program at sites to enhance asset reliability and efficiency
  • Provide operational performance budgeting insights to senior leadership
  • Identify projects for the division saving program to meet factory targets
  • Track and report project status for the saving program
  • Manage cross-functional and cross-geography teams to foster collaboration
  • Develop a framework for OpEx competency building across operational roles
