Tasks
- Direct the international key account strategy for eCommerce
- Lead and coach the international key account team
- Manage hiring and territory assignments
- Oversee competency development and succession planning
- Set and implement sales growth targets
- Expand business with existing and new international accounts
- Identify new business opportunities to increase margins
- Standardize sales processes to improve win rates
- Lead negotiations for international tenders and supply agreements
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement frame contracts
- Drive initiatives to replace packaging with company solutions
- Coordinate product development and innovation activities
- Execute marketing activities with the eCommerce marketing team
Education
- Bachelor's degree
