- •Lead the global gaming event strategy
- •Create and execute world-class gaming and esports events
- •Develop and implement a long-term vision for gaming presence
- •Oversee contract negotiations for budgets and performance agreements
- •Maintain regular contact with over 50 international colleagues
- •Lead business planning for global gaming events
- •Consult and guide national Gaming Marketing teams
- •Act as the key contact for internal departments
- •Ensure alignment on gaming event initiatives
- •Collaborate with external stakeholders as needed
- •Support partnership teams to drive revenue growth
- •Manage information flow across all parties
- •Directly manage a team dedicated to the program
- •Oversee talent development and performance outcomes
- •Lead new projects and business discussions for gaming events
- •Collaborate with the Brand team on consumer activations
- •Develop new partnership and revenue models
- •Evolve gaming, esports, and entertainment event strategy
- •Manage the Red Bull markets portfolio innovatively
