Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Commercial Excellence or comparable commercial role
  • Proven experience in revenue and gross margin steering within P&L environment
  • Deep understanding of pricing structures, profitability analyses, and pricing mechanisms
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, sales performance management, and business intelligence
  • Solid background in translating strategic frameworks into operational execution
  • Experience working in cross-functional commercial environments
  • Strong execution mindset with high strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Confident leadership style and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Tasks

  • Translate group Commercial Excellence standards into divisional execution
  • Steer and embed Commercial Excellence standards within the division
  • Define and enforce commercial governance for pricing, CRM, segmentation, and performance steering
  • Develop and implement a company-wide pricing strategy
  • Establish and enforce a consistent pricing governance model
  • Ensure systematic price realization and profit leak identification
  • Drive sales performance management and forecast reliability
  • Ensure high CRM adoption and data quality
  • Create transparency on revenue, margin performance, and key KPIs
  • Identify and lead commercial optimization initiatives
  • Act as a key interface between Group, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
  • Support and drive change by aligning stakeholders
