- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness for global collaboration
- Ability to work successfully within complex organization, influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to dynamic business needs
Tasks
- Collaborate with Regions & Countries on dealer relationships
- Provide expertise, best practices, data, and tools
- Manage and enhance a dealer performance visualization tool
- Ensure transparency for top management
- Identify local market potentials
- Develop, monitor, and improve dealer KPIs
- Assess dealer professionalism and offerings
- Track KPIs in cooperation with regional teams
- Use dealer scorecards to identify strong partners
- Highlight areas for dealer improvement
- Provide regional teams with toolkits
- Facilitate targeted network consolidation
- Support network optimization
- Deliver actionable insights for Route-to-Market transformation
- Drive process improvements for Route-to-Market
- Ensure alignment with strategic initiatives
- Continuously improve existing processes and tools
- Strengthen dealer network performance
