- Align with European and Global priorities
- Operate within matrix organization, balancing needs
- Translate strategies into regional plans and priorities
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and initiatives
- Identify and address gaps between global and local needs
- Advise DACH leadership on culture, talent, and development
- Consult on organizational capability and leadership
- Represent DACH in European CoE discussions
- Manage DACH Culture, Talent & Development portfolio
- Design and deploy regional initiatives
- Ensure high-quality adoption of global programs
- Tailor global programs to local context
- Lead DACH Culture, Talent & Development resources
- Establish governance and decision-making frameworks
- Partner with European CoE for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with local requirements
- Manage DACH Culture, Talent & Development budget
- Set priorities and manage trade-offs
- Track progress and report to leadership
- Support business and cultural transformation
- Ensure leadership capability and talent readiness
- Champion performance, learning, and growth culture
