Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration with Accounting focus
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in auditing or group accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of UGB/IFRS accounting standards
  • Very good SAP skills, particularly FI/CO
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in German and English
  • Analytical thinking and structured, independent working style
  • Strong communication, intercultural competence, passion for collaboration

Tasks

  • Develop and standardize group-wide financial reporting
  • Work on central accounting topics
  • Drive policy implementation and system optimizations
  • Interface with local entities and internal stakeholders
  • Assess complex accounting issues
  • Support financial closings
  • Shape modern accounting structures and systems
  • Enhance group-wide accounting policies
  • Analyze accounting issues per UGB and IFRS
  • Collaborate on SAP solution implementation
  • Support annual financial statements preparation
  • Optimize reporting and accounting templates
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and special topics
  • Cover for staff on leave in operational accounting
  • Serve as liaison between Group Accounting and stakeholders
  • Assist with project-specific accounting tasks
