Requirements

Tasks

  • Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (UGB)
  • Coordinate financial statement preparation with Group and tax advisors
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Execute year-end closing activities
  • Manage fixed asset accounting
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns via FinanzOnline
  • Prepare and submit corporate income tax filings (FinanzOnline)
  • Assist with tax and accounting matters
  • Post rental and property accounting transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Manage payment transactions
  • Perform internal cost allocation
  • Invoice services
  • Manage interface between ITS and SAP
  • Prepare data for external payroll accounting
  • Review and post payroll statements
  • Reconcile taxes, social security, and payments
  • Prepare data for Statistics Austria
  • Prepare data for internal reports
  • Develop and optimize accounting processes

Work Experience

Education

  • Vocational certification
