- Support ground system operations in a 16x5 rotating shift pattern and offline set-up
- Support scheduled simulations and test operations
- Prepare ground segment systems for scheduled activities
- Prepare Data Services System and Monitoring and Control System subsystems for scheduled preventive maintenance
- Work closely with subsystem engineers on service changes
- Ensure service changes are correctly implemented and documented
- Provide on-call services when requested
- Update Ground Control Team procedure material
- Validate Ground Control Team procedure material
- Update Ground Control Team training material
- Validate Ground Control Team training material
- Cross-certify with other projects as requested by the Line Manager
Education
- Bachelor's degree

- English – Business Fluent
