- •Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- •Onboard new consultants using scalable procedures and templates
- •Standardize and operationalize service portfolio tracking
- •Maintain service level agreements and stakeholder alignment
- •Coordinate collaboration between various support entities
- •Drive independent operational improvements with service owners
- •Manage service budgets, cost control, and invoice processing
- •Execute budget planning according to company standards
- •Optimize expenditures for sustainable and profitable utilization
- •Utilize monitoring tools to generate data-driven insights
- •Compile analytical toolsets for informed decision-making
