Requirements
- Masters Degree in science or related field
- Significant experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
- Significant experience in a global or local medical/scientific customer-facing role
- Clinical trials operational experience in the country
- Track record of scientific collaborations with external experts or collaborative groups
- Deep scientific knowledge of the Disease Area (Cardiovascular)
- Knowledge of relevant drug development process and regulatory requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Tasks
- Identify and understand medical needs
- Support strategic and tactical planning across the disease area lifecycle
- Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders
- Drive scientific knowledge exchange and medical education activities
- Identify opportunities for medical initiatives and partnerships
- Execute activities with a focus on customer centricity
- Stay updated on developments in Digital Health and personalized medicine
- Coordinate identification, selection, and engagement of clinical trial sites
- Drive scientific engagement with clinical trial sites for patient recruitment
- Suggest innovative approaches for trial design, recruitment, and data collection
- Gather investigator feedback to optimize clinical development performance
- Define insights collection strategy with internal colleagues
- Execute activities to address knowledge gaps through advisory boards and surveys
- Build understanding of the local environment and disease area developments
- Update the organization on competitive landscape and clinical practices
- Support affiliate engagement and training activities for launch readiness
- Share medical expertise and train local staff for treatment access
- Foster innovation and collaboration to enhance customer engagement
- Support onboarding and continuous learning for team members
