Requirements

  • University degree in Process, Mechanical, Biotechnology, or Chemistry engineering
  • Several years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical plant engineering (EPC/EPCM preferred)
  • Proven experience in bid management, technical proposal preparation, or project development
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams
  • Structured, analytical, solution-oriented working style with quality and cost awareness
  • Fluent Italian and English; German advantageous

Tasks

  • Provide technical support during customer discussions
  • Analyze and evaluate RFI/RFP documents
  • Assess technical feasibility of projects
  • Define solution concepts and project risks
  • Identify new project opportunities
  • Support and co-lead the bid management process
  • Collaborate with Business Line and technical departments
  • Develop process engineering concepts
  • Create scope definitions and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and external partners
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships
  • Expand business opportunities in Italy
  • Collaborate with Sales on the Italian market
  • Support commercial and contractual clarifications
  • Ensure technical completeness and consistency
  • Contribute to early project execution phases
  • Coordinate with customers during project execution
  • Prepare technical reports

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • Italian – Fluent
  • English – Fluent
  • German – is a plus
