- Extensive experience in global logistics
- Certified expert in international dangerous goods regulations
- Deep understanding of GHS standards
- Ability to develop global programs and targets
- Skill in interfacing with senior management
- Experience in performing global risk assessments
- Compliance-focused leadership and product security dedication
- Fluency in English and German
Tasks
- Lead the Pharma Dangerous Goods and Global Logistics Security communities
- Develop global strategies for Dangerous Goods and Logistics Security
- Align security strategies with Group SHE and the Transport Safety Committee
- Monitor and implement changes in IMDG, IATA, and ADR/RID regulations
- Update SOPs and IT tools to reflect national security laws
- Define and execute annual global audit programs
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and track corrective actions
- Manage daily Dangerous Goods activities and emergency reporting procedures
- Maintain global security guidelines and transport accident protocols
- Develop training programs and e-learning tools for security personnel
- Mentor Regional and Local Security Officers across all divisions
- Provide expert consulting on compliance, regulatory affairs, and sustainability

Education
- Bachelor's degree
