- Transform safety data into actionable strategies
- Enhance workplace safety through data analytics
- Promote proactive environmental stewardship
- Lead incident investigation evaluations
- Ensure implementation of corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Scale and deploy the safety team strategically
- Manage recruitment and retention for the safety team
- Coach high-potential individuals
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Ensure collaboration between site specialists and Group SHE
