- Master’s degree or equivalent in safety, occupational health, or engineering
- Professional qualifications (ASGS, NEBOSH, CSP, CIH) highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years in Global Head or Senior Management role
- Proven track record driving change in multinational organizations
- Deep expertise in global safety regulations (ISO 45001/14001)

Tasks

- Oversee technical directives and procedures
- Provide expert guidance on risk assessments
- Guide hazard identification and control measures
- Design global safety campaigns and training programs
- Coordinate awareness weeks and safety initiatives
- Transform safety data into actionable strategies
- Enhance workplace safety through data analytics
- Promote proactive environmental stewardship
- Lead incident investigation evaluations
- Ensure implementation of corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Scale and deploy the safety team strategically
- Manage recruitment and retention for the safety team
- Coach high-potential individuals
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Ensure collaboration between site specialists and Group SHE
- Deliver value-adding business solutions
