Description

As the Global Lead for Incentives and Equity Compensation, you will design and manage programs that motivate teams worldwide, ensuring compliance and effectiveness while partnering with various stakeholders to enhance employee understanding of their rewards.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
• •5+ years of progressive compensation experience
• •Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• •Experience with HRIS and compensation tools
• •Familiarity with equity administration platforms
• •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities
• •Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and/or experience supporting deferred compensation programs

Tasks

• •Design and implement incentive programs
• •Oversee annual and ad-hoc incentive plans
• •Partner with Finance to model plan costs
• •Track performance metrics for incentive programs
• •Ensure accurate and timely payouts
• •Evaluate incentive structures for effectiveness
• •Propose design enhancements aligned with business goals
• •Manage the full equity lifecycle processes
• •Partner with brokers and Payroll for recordkeeping
• •Ensure tax compliance and SOX controls
• •Support annual equity planning and allocation
• •Prepare grant data for leadership review
• •Lead equity education and communication initiatives
• •Maintain governance frameworks and audit processes
• •Ensure adherence to labor and tax regulations
• •Support internal and external audits
• •Conduct market analyses for incentive programs
• •Deliver modeling and cost forecasting
• •Identify opportunities to streamline processes
• •Leverage technology for accuracy and scale
• •Partner with HRBPs for global reward practices
• •Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation
• •Develop communication materials for employee engagement
