- Develop innovative recognition programs to enhance engagement.
- Champion employee well-being initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
- Monitor regulatory trends and update policies as needed.
- Utilize data analytics to measure total rewards effectiveness.
- Present insights to leadership to influence strategic decisions.
- Serve as the primary contact for total rewards matters.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive change initiatives for evolving total rewards offerings.
- Develop communication materials to educate employees on rewards.
- Lead a high-performing global total rewards team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
