- Balance global consistency with local market needs
- Optimize vendor and systems landscape
- Provide financial oversight of benefits
- Manage benefits risks and long-term liabilities
- Chair Corporate Benefits Governance Committee
- Drive global digitalization improvements
- Enhance employee experience in benefits communication
- Optimize benefits administration
- Coordinate global community of benefits experts
- Foster co-construction and practice sharing
